But you're also going to want a QI where you're actually talking to the senior folks and not just sales reps.  

Mistakes that so many on the lending side make to include, but not limited to Mortgage Brokers, Loan Processor, Account Reps, U/W, Compliance set up and about 20 other humans that touch these files during the loan process, who make mistakes that cause delays!

Another version of this is to go to lumber yard and talk to some of the account reps and see who's in good standing and go from there.Ideally though, hard to beat referrals from people with the same or similar standards as you... this way you increase the chances of success vs starting form scratch. 

My realtor spoke to the rep for the seller and mentioned that some of the units are occupied by squatters but that he will get rid of squatters before closing.

I just sent this thread to about 30 Mortgage Brokers, Lender Owners, Realtors, Loan Processors and Lender Reps, so they can read the posts on this topic as they would not believe me unless they were to see these comments on this topic.
