I think any STR needs to look clean, which is why we lean towards white and light shades of gray with only black or navy blue accents.

Planning on having the whole exterior done next but will be paying to get it done and will be changing the colors from light beige and white to grays.

It is currently gray, I just need the walls to be touched up.

I've pretty much settled on a light gray for all of the walls and white trim and ceiling. 

If so, remove it and paint it a dark gray along with the garage door.

Unless one is willing to play in gray areas of taxation treatment, I find the notion of buying cash-flowing real estate with any SD retirement money to be a very expensive proposition.  

A lease to own is gray unless you know what you are doing.  

 :)About two weeks later, the curb was painted gray again and I got a code enforcement letter for bouldevard planting maintenance and irrigation that sprayed some on the driveway.
