The seminar people take what little funds these new investors have and make it tough to get the money back.Why spend that kind of money when you can pay for a local investors meal, develop a possible long lasting relationship, and learn what is happening in your market and how deals are getting done.I am sure there are some credible trainers out there who do provide the value and are worth the fee to some.

We provide a large meal, turkey or ham and all the trimmings, on Thanksgiving to all our tenants in our 16 unit and for any neighbors, or family they want to invite.
