that's why you'll see thousands of posts in the archives of this forum about people being a newbie wholesaler and "building their empire", but they quickly stop posting and we never hear from them again...again, sorry to be harsh...take it as constructive criticism and use it to motivate you to find some deals...once you find deals nobody else knew about, you'll have buyers begging you for more deals....good luck!

I'd be looking for something with a bit more padding on it.Not to say I haven't taken deals that thin (or thinner, even) when the buy-side market has been harsh and not a lot of opportunities abound (And I've got cash sitting in a bank account, with opportunity costs piling up...)Now if you're asking me what my ROI on my time is...
