Does anyone have an idea of how to link my accounts so that the site will let me download the California lease agreement package?

Zillow includes links to virtual tours for your ad.

DSCR loans allow lending to LLC's, but the LLC members will likely need to personally guarantee the loan.

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.

Goal is to double the equity ( nothing guaranteed ) in 3 years or under time between equity growth and cash flow.I stick to more strong suburban to urban core markets.

Is it one investor per deal, then they would act as a private lender and that typically includes a note, deed of trust, loan agreement, personal guarantee, assignment of rents and a few other docs.

I also tried contacting support twice, and both times they only provide a link to the book in the store without addressing any portion of the inquiry.
