My long term goal is to reach financial freedom by building a buy and hold portfolio that consist of single/multi family houses.       

Understand if the business isn't distressed in any way, just like in residential real estate, you're paying top dollar and it isn't a great deal.Also be aware, owning a business is not freedom.

Lastly, I have a freedom number in mind that will allow both my husband and I to "work" from home and "retire" early.I'm happy to be here and excited to learn all I can!

Hoard  a lot of cash in a money market fund and build your financial freedom account up to capitalize on opportunities to buy more assets that put tax deferred cash flow in your pocket every month and you will be way above my $160,000 primarily tax deferred cash flow per year. 

Currently saving up for my next one now.My dream of financial freedom is alive and well and I wont stop until I reach it.  

If you just do it "when you want to" it may not come as easy to you, but realize that real estate offers financial freedom.

This is my first post, I been thinking on helping people to achieve financial freedom for quite some time now.

My roommate was interested in financial freedom so figured it wouldnt hurt to go with him and see if i can gain something out of it. 

I've finally dove into the quest of financial freedom by house hacking.

I'm sure like most of us on here we want financial freedom that our 40 hour a week counterparts wish to have as well.
