During the slow season, do you personally focus on getting more rentals, focus more on family/personal life, or do you do something else?

If Bob is focused on needing that title "owner" it's gonna cost him $1million dollars.

But, I'd like to focus only on value-adding renovations (for rentals of course). 

Last I heard, they were pausing their "master lease" options and focusing more on regular property management. 

I focused on adding modern luxury amenities to increase the property’s appeal to the high-end market.

If not, you could focus on other selling points, like the acreage or future ADU potential, but a garage would probably make the property more competitive.

Focus on the numbers rather than emotions.

You won't be really able to find a tutor.I consider myself a Yardi expert focused on accounting.

Do we focus on flipping, (currently we have actually been trying to do this, but we physically can't find enough contractors in our smaller market <100K population to do that much work).
