I know appraising is an art and science and everyones perception is a little different.  

I have been an investment enthusiast of sorts for a couple of years now, and I am finding the world of real estate investment absolutely fascinating. 

I wrote a 6-part series here on BP called "The Science of Finding Deals".

As a vague, broad and more of a science fiction reference we have the sun that is continually putting inputs into our system and entire planets that are within reach that dwarf the resources that we have.

I LOVE learning and I am fascinated by real estate investing.

A fascinating read for all you other BPers who like to spend their Saturday nights looking at real estate data. 

This is more of an art than a science, unfortunately.

I have no real Estate background so this is all new to me but I've always been fascinated with the idea of flipping a house and making money doing it.

Part of this was to embrace my fascination/passion in real estate and to start looking at rental properties for multi-streams of income.
