They don't have to be fancy.

Individuals have spent their money on fancy cars and pickups,but now they can't afford to go without pay for two weeks? 

Assuming they aren't some fancy high end locks, you could replace them cheaper than $400. 

The fancy car is for show only, what really counts are your savings and your income producing assets.

Nothing super fancy or custom as that would add to the cost.

They also have money for buying shirts and other profit generators (fancy weapons, etc.) from school.If you open a school in a low to medium income neighborhood then it has to be a labor of love teacher type thing where you make enough money to live but not much else.

If I were you, try to get the renovation done ASAP within or less than the budget, no need to be fancy.
