The value of using an agent isn't to show the property, it's in having them expose it to the largest number of buyers and/or connecting with their network of buyer's agents.

(At least if the agent is exposing it and presenting all offers.)

In addition, if they have any closing document or similar, that might expose the name of the title agent who handled the transaction, if you need to source them.
