@Arpan Patel  ya well in 40 years of doing this.. never really seen any EMPTY pockets folks do much.but we can always dream.

I do this for them because I have to create a future that we only dream of.

Also not sure if this is possible in San Diego... but that is the dream right now. 

All of my friends do not understand my ambitions and dreams for becoming an investor but Im sure i will meet new people on this forum that will understand my drive.

If you intend to be a long-term investor, and this is not your dream house, make sure it is one that will rent well if/when you move again.

I recently signed up on BP, within few days I gathered tons of info on REI so far it's a wonderful learning experience with BP/Prodcast/Books I'm very excited to start my REI Journey with the help of BP, it's giving me day to day motivation/belief/confidence to pursue my dreams.

I'm wanting to start my dream of investing in real estate.

Always dreamed of being a contractor.

Never let dreams be dreams.

Have you explained to the seller that you cannot accomplish your dreams of a real estate empire if they will not sell to you at 20% below market value?
