It really is quite easy to buy remotely with all the technology at our disposal and mobile notaries. 

I confirmed that anything left was abandoned and we could dispose of it.

If they break and will not be repaired, I will have to haul them out and find a way to dispose of them.

Anything left in the unit after that will be considered abandoned and disposed of as you see fit.
