Hi Mike,A while back I spoke with a young lady renter, and I asked her what made her choose this apartment complex to live in.She thought for a moment and said "the big mature trees" "I like the big trees, the shade and privacy they provide".I asked her was there anything else, she said "No, many other places were similar but this one had the big trees".I'm not saying every place has to have big trees.

You're screwed, you need to whole new Drainfield. 3- There's a rug, boat, trailer, anything heavy or creating shade on the drainfield.

I have seen similar types situation where they use shade/mesh or fabric panels that are very easy/inexpensive to have tailored by an upholsterer or DIY and can look relatively decent...they add zero structural nor do they satisfy any sort of building codes....but serve only to avoid goofy accidents of a child getting their head or an appendage stuck between the bars. best of luck!

For unusual or extreme situations, you would charge the line item price plus your hourly for actual time spent.Individual line items might be window shades, window glass, toilet tank lid, toilet seat, towel rack, door hinge, closet door, outlet/switch, bedroom light, kitchen light, individual bulbs, ceiling fan/light combo, medicine cabinet, repair wall 6", paint touch up per 10' wall, flooring (by type), clogged or slow drain, food disposer, refrigerator bars, drip pans, stove burners, etc.
