Set the wayback machine a couple of years ago and that was pretty acheivable.

A sign doesn't draw people like it did 10, 20, 30 years ago especially in a more rural setting with less people driving by to see the sign.

However if you’re working full time outside of real estate and trying to transition into the REI space, you might not have the hours available to set aside and get the full value of the resources provided. 

Why set a 600 credit score if it's negotiable?

I think Collin is being a little tongue in cheek with the Boone's Farm comment.I work with a local, large wine store, wait for their semi-annual sales when they compound discounts and buy 2 cases of each (white & red) for the largest discount.Basically I'm setting out wine that retails for $11-12-13 that I have paid $7-8 a bottle.  

He's got a good scam business set up.
