We actually had this conversation when we were in Destin this last weekend and he was looking at doing a development deal with one of his college buddies. 

Hey @Trevor Ewen I've spent some time down in the Pensacola/Destin/Ft Walton Beach area...but that was before I got involved in Real Estate.

At your age and with your energy, your destined for greatness, keep going don't stop.

., neighborhood destinations have taken the place of Southwark. 

We've been growing at a great clip and are ecstatic to see all the new faces that have joined us since then.Thank you to everyone who has made BiggerPockets their destination for real estate investing networking, content, and tools!  

I can't say much about it, but it's going to be a destination point in the city.3.

Huge infux of jobs.. think Boeing ( I think they may be around for a while) Mercedes benz  ( same thing)  Now Volvo   14 hotels under constructions to the tune of almost 4 billion.. cruise lines making this an embarkation debarkation destination. plus the 2nd most poplular tourist town on the whole southern East coast second only to Orlando.How the Heck can you go wrong. 

But they love the Orlando Florida market since it is a hot vacation destination.  

Cars all accomplish the same thing....take you to your destination, whether it costs $100 or $200K.My focus is on Real Estate as I see where my money goes and it generates cash flow!

McMenamin's Edgefield was an old poor farm that is now a destination hotel and a huge draw for weddings.
