We enjoy traveling, boating on Lake LBJ, live music, hiking with our dogs and spending time with our family. 

I live in Atlanta, GA, and I currently work as a music producer.  

Quick background on myself; I am a lifelong musician, run two businesses (one of which is a music school), have done a few real estate deals and just now wanting to expand more in the real estate realm.

Sad to say but I don't listen to music or radio anymore, but the past few months I've gave that up I feel more knowledgeable within certain things.

Any tips to compose a strong and compelling e-mail?

I have listen to at least 20 pod casts and continue to, I downloaded all of them on my iPod and chose to listen to them over music in my commute.

I had my team pull the following criteria: -Population Growth Percentage from 2010 to present-Violent Crime Ranking (Violent crime is composed of four offenses: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault.

It will be interesting when the music stops.Based on your posts above and looking at what's out available there now, the odds are against you.
