Wanting to Switch Offices

Hello all, I recently turned 19 years old and I have changed agencies once so far. I went from a local real estate office to Century 21 on Long Island. I would appreciate if someone could give me some advice. My commute is too long and I want to expand my horizons by moving my business to Manhattan. Now I have nobody that I personally know that works in Manhattan, but in order to schedule an interview I need to send an e-mail to various agencies requesting one. Any tips to compose a strong and compelling e-mail? Thank you.
