One of the main reasons I've chosen go to a different state is for affordability.

I'd ideally like to start investing now, to be financially free in 5+ years between my Crypto, Stocks, and Real Estate. 

I'm not familiar with your chosen area to invest in, but with that kind of seed money, there are a number of areas I am familiar with where you should be able to get where you want to get within a 5 year window.Just don't spend any of that money...use it to infinity, but NEVER spend your seed money.

I would also strongly advocate  that you go to your chosen market and stay there for a few weeks to get the lay of the land. 

Appraisers bid on the job and eventually someone will be chosen.

On this forum, you'll find people that specialize in MF, downtown Toronto condos, second tier cities, flips, etc. and I guarantee you that they are still active in their chosen niche. 

A little background to myself:- I am in my last year of school- I am an Apprentice Plumber (Commercial)- I work on some things to do with E-Commerce and Stocks/Crypto- I love playing sports and going to the gymMy main goal for my life is to have financial freedom as we most do but for me travelling and experiencing the wonders this world has to offer really drives me.
