You have to put a lot of faith into a company and reputations, proof of performance and specific systems or processes for consistently hitting expectations are all requirements in my opinion if a company wants to earn business.  

You have a lot of faith in this project and said very little about your business plan, so I think it’s far more complicated than you think.

I would never buy 10 units because "I do believe he is operating in good faith but there is no way to verify."

What I found was that I didn't take enough time to find my purpose.Honestly, finding God and strengthening my faith is what helped me.

We did supplement investors rents or other costs where we feel we could have performed better as a company or even where we felt they had taken extraordinary steps of faith with our company (such as purchasing 5 or more properties) and we felt we could and needed to assist. 

The project likely would have taken another 4 months if I didn't take charge and start managing it myself.There were many other good lessons learned during this project and I definitely have faith that with all I have learned the next Durham rebuild will go much more smoothly and likely take half the time to get done.
