You have to put a lot of faith into a company and reputations, proof of performance and specific systems or processes for consistently hitting expectations are all requirements in my opinion if a company wants to earn business.

The project likely would have taken another 4 months if I didn't take charge and start managing it myself.There were many other good lessons learned during this project and I definitely have faith that with all I have learned the next Durham rebuild will go much more smoothly and likely take half the time to get done.
