I would put it out to local event planners and wedding planners as they could send you a lot of business.I also would want to take this furnished, you would need a very good designer and it would not be cheap to recreate it how it is in the photos.

The reason I ask is because most deals I see on Crexi or Loopnet or anywhere else create negative cash flow under 7 or even 10 year terms with 7% - 8% interest rate.
