Even after years in the game I'm always wanting to network and brainstorm with others in our field.

What are your thoughts and advice for someone like me who is just brain storming and getting started?

But I would lean more towards the lower end being that the apartments are more like Townhomes, there two story.But even so a price bump from an average rent of 600 to 900 to me sounds pretty significant.I have only talked to a 25% owner of the property that wants to sell. ( there is 2 24% owners and 1 51% owner) I was told that they all haven't talked about selling in a serious way but the impression that I got was they don't really know how to approach selling a commercial propertyI have not seen their books and I haven't spent the time that it deserves when it comes to its researchRight now I'm brainstorming and trying to see if it's even worth anything / how I would even be able to fund I'll purchase of that caliberWhat I have as a plan in my head is come up with a generic value with some hesitant funding lined up. then pester them for the next year, if that is what it takes, over that time the price would be refined.

Would greatly appreciate any opinions and thoughts to brainstorm past this speed bump.Thanks in advance!

Just brainstorming but maybe rent out your place and then go rent a place for a year, then move back to the new place next door- you might be able to show that to underwriter and it could make sense.

Looking for some brainstorming ideas,I'm looking to get different venues on how to approach the saler (no realtor involved).My first personal choice would be owner financing.

Now, it seems like buying outright is not very profitable and so I am trying to brainstorm ideas for buying something that needs significant work, then rent it out.

As someone very new to this (just brainstorming how to get financing at this point) is there a convenient way to give security to multiple people for smaller amounts?
