What's the Strategy for Setting Option or Assignment Fees?

I'm a decade in to real estate investing and my journey has been filled with a lot of great deals and even more great learning opportunities.  I'm curious if any of my other investor brothers and sisters have a formula for setting Option or Assignment Fee's on their deals?  Even after years in the game I'm always wanting to network and brainstorm with others in our field.
