I was wondering if anyone knows of or uses anything other then Airbnb or VRBO to find and book "long term" (4-5 months) snow bird renters for your Florida STR?

I'd imagine they would need to hear directly from chase or amex or whatever cc is being used and have them say "yeah they're good for the purchase."

I usually don't chase bad money with good and agree that your $20k against a 6 figure monthly bleed won't move the needle.
