Im wanting to buy at least 2 houses this year so i'm trying to assemble my TEAM to help get me there.

I like this because the cabinets were already assembled. so all I did was drop them in place. 

There are several local meetups- Wichita Area Real Estate Investors Association meets once a month on the first Saturday of every month at 5pm at Douglas Avenue Assembly of God; free food and booze at Wichita Investor Club of Kansas that meets at the Wichita Boat House once a month at 5:30pm (the next one is June 11); and around the third Wednesday of about of every month a few of us get together at Old Chicago for lunch.

Maybe assemble what @David Greene calls the Core Four and start analyzing deals! 

Many times the whole drain assembly under the bath tub has failed/leaks. 

I've on occasion done my them on my own by assembling a set of appropriate comparables.

just selling the old systemmost counties really frown on this and make it super difficult to do.. plus you basically need to be a private detective and have Accurint data base ( lexux Nexus)  to have any assemblence of hope to get any of these deals done. 

Might change with the recent laws passed by the NC General Assembly but for now it is a no-go for us.Would you be interested in investing outside of the Triangle?

We had successfully bought out four of the five units, received our building permits, and assembled our construction team.

So far, I know:- find a good deal, with opportunity to add value- assemble a deal package showing numbers (current state, remodel, after remodel, returns before and after refi)- for the first deal or several I will have to accept I won’t be able to take as large of a portion of equity as I’m a large risk for investors- attend meetups feverishly- be active on forumsWhile this all seems intuitive, I have a mental road block preventing me from accepting that I will be able to raise funds.
