Saying "there is currently no HOA" is technically not correct... a better phrase may be "the owners have an inactive HOA and the owners are not following ORC requirements in managing the affairs of the property."

As for the rest of the family tell them to not meddle in your business affairs, if you cannot make it clear to your family that this is a business for you then you will reap the mess it will become.

I am in the process of transitioning the business and settling our affairs here in NY and then I am going to join her down in the United States.This really makes me angry.
