If you think someday you want to re-expose them I recommend to use laminate or something without adhesive backing.

I initially thought I had a moisture issue or leak from 2nd floor but it was none of these things....And BTW there is a method to test if you haev these ceilings.. generally if you rub your fingers against the ceiling if you have calcamine you generally will get a very chalky residue on your fingers....Thankfully this was only used on the ceilings because I have read about it being used on walls as well.

The reason is if the tenant goes bad or files BK the chances of the broker getting a residual is slim to none.

As long as steps are prepared properly, a quality vinyl sheet goods adhesive is used, they are rolled well, and nosing installed properly, they should hold up fine.

Hi Joshua...I'm looking on how I can put together a group of investor where we can pool together and raise money for investment funds to buy homes in bulk...Like a Hedge Fund...either fix and flip for immediate return or to rent out...for a residual return...I wanting to know how to put something like this together...I was thinking about doing where I could put groups investors in their own different community to pool together... purchase properties in the areas in which they already live and they care about...like City of Chicago... there are many homes available that are boarded up and empty...which are bringing the neighborhoods value down...that's not good for homeowners....
