We once had a tenant leave the front door unlocked and the keys on the kitchen counter.

They will put a lock on these funds within his account, and won't unlock it until the loan is paid off. 

Being a South Philly guy born and raised I can tell you for a fact it really just depends on where the house is located in "19145" there are some areas where you can leave your door unlocked at night ( although i wouldn't advise it) and there are some areas where you think you are in a scene off of The Wire.

Heck I leave my door unlocked.

You pay the (small) fee and they give you nothing.I even considered becoming a licensed Private Investigator, thinking that would unlock some tools I could use.

Look into a "cash out refinance" loan if you want to unlock equity without selling.

I may have been able to see the place as a door was unlocked and clearly vacant:)  It was decent inside w only smells from fridge and a cat that could get out through the open garage door. 

Hi @Rafael Norat I am using http://www.transunion.com/ You can get alerts about any credit inquiries and lock your credit so no one can run an inquiry on your credit without you unlocking it first.They also provide tenant credit reports etcI hope this helps.Lior

Apparently the thermocouple went out and the owner keep telling her the part was on order.My favorite one was I walked in to one property and I found it very odd that the front door was unlocked in a very shady side of town.  

I will take a deal any way I can get it but I have never found a secret source golden key to unlocking promised fortunes yet with any of em.
