Found an appealing property that would be a good family vacation home for part of the time and wanted to se it’s viability for short term rental.

I'm an active duty Coast Guard member stationed in SE Louisiana that is looking to close on my first SFH.

Having separate legal entities doesn't per se prevent you from making a distribution from one and a follow on contribution to another.

I have never done it per se but know exactly how it should be done.

As I'm sure you do, I have several clients who recently purchased in SE Austin and it will get a nice boost once a good commercial shopping zone is established.

So, my understanding is, after looking at the IRS website and another cpa I spoke with, I would need to also file a Schedule SE to pay my SS and Medicare taxes. 

Wanted to use them so I can save money up front and be able to pay the construction loan note every month without going into my own money per se. are there any recommendations on any related services that have been tried and proven ?

Or roommates per se.

Once  you get to commercial then you are required a SE.

We had massive rains (leading to flooding) in SE MI at the end of June and a few days ago and that caused a lot of roofs to spring leaks.
