New Build in ATL area

I am getting the building permits for a new construction project in Tucker Ga. 

Wanted to see if anyone used the Billd service , essentially they can finance your building materials and you pay them on the back end once you sell the property. Wanted to use them so I can save money up front and be able to pay the construction loan note every month without going into my own money per se. 

are there any recommendations on any related services that have been tried and proven ?
