I know that cigarette smoke has been proven to turn walls inside a home or car yellow/brown but a local property manager I know made the comparison of marijuana smoke to a candle, sage or incense.

Or whether purchasing a property through an LLC is a smart, or dumb move.Consequently the available information is less than robust, and for every piece of "sage wisdom" I find, there is another which contradicts it.So, I'm writing here in the hopes that others can share their personal experiences threading this very particular needle.

Contractor does crappy job and your stuck with it or have to redo .those are a few of the risks that you will need to know about and mitigate to be successful  plus all the other sage advice your getting.

Now, you may do that and not like it OR you do it and fall in love with talking to old and wise people, who have actually probably go through what you are now going through and offer some sage advice that transforms your mind.Remember, the key is to get out there.
