If I could leave a negative review it would be -5 stars.

As of today, 24 oct 19, CardoneCapital  has a very long negative review that was rated as five star.

Hey Sean,As I'm sure you've gathered, a Rockstar GC can be one of the most valuable, and equally, one of the most difficult members of your team to find when you're getting started.

Real Estate specific "accounting" software options like Stessa are neat, but hiring rockstar help for those is rough. 

I have a decent amount of 5 star reviews I use to dispute these.Is their complaint warranted?

Obviously, lowering the fee and raising the rate is an option but that feels a little bit like spinning my wheels.At some point, if I'm dropping my rates far enough to compensate for a high cleaning fee, we get into the conversation of "is it even worth it to rent it at this rate and risk property damage, 4 star review, etc".

MINO lending is extremely reputable and gets the job done. 5 stars recommend. 

I looked back at my contracts and the DD was reasonable.High Point Oct 2022 DD: $5,000, EMD $0Blowing Rock Sept 2021 DD: $3,000, EMD $0Greensboro Dec 2020 DD $500, EMD $1,000Greensboro Aug 2020 DD $3,000, EMD $0The worst buy of those was the High Point house and I should have stayed at $500 DD and walked away. 

On the other hand, sometimes it irks me when I book a 5 star rated place and it's disgusting inside and the beds are awful.
