I respect the pressure you're putting on yourself, but take a step back and look at what you've managed to accomplish. 

"Easy and to the point" is not the correct methodology with respect to your needs.

Just ensure your communication is clear and respectful, emphasizing the value you see in her as a tenant.

This old school approach has been super successful, and I definitely respect it, but there's no way I could manage a paper calendar.

I agree, favors are fine to ask but it's also important to respect people's time and not ask too much.  

And we certainly respect all of the partners we've worked with in the past.

Maybe I posted this in the wrong forum, but appreciate all candid and respectful takes here all the same.- To the small minority who chimed in with something to the tune of "geez, I'd disown you too, you little Gen-Z brat": maybe take a beat before you judge somebody's character by a low-context post here.

Damage is expensive to repair and with tenants that don't respect you, it just keeps piling on.
