I don't invest right in the city but I do invest south of there so if you end up looking at places there feel free to reach out if I can offer any insight.Jeremy is very correct - zip codes won't give you a good idea of price. 

@Greg Weik as a local Denver investor I would strongly disagree with a couple of your opinions offered to @Melissa D..

So your number of 715k may not be too far off depending on the square footage and also the age of the cabin.For anybody to suggest otherwise without knowing more information on your specific cabin isn't giving you the best advice to be honest.

Spring may be better but I was unable to sell a cheap house in October for 5% off of “market value” and only sold a $600k home in January by listing it for $580k and I still only got one offer. ($150k down, 5 year seller financing.) my point being you may get $20-$40k more in a year if you don’t need to sell. 

Suggest you do the same (even if they are two page documents).

The first was with Amguard, who said they were simply pulling out of the market, and then the more recent one with Progressive, who said they are no longer offering coverage in the area.
