What are your advice, if you don’t mindI understood from your response, that it’s risky?

We are going to use the money to purchase in another state.One thing to keep in mind is that I am not sure where you are in San Diego (we are in Tierrasanta) but the City is strongly considering rent control so option #2 may only work for a period of time.

.$4,000 on a 3% vehicle loan that is $150/mo-my mind is made up I am getting rid of the vehicle with a different plan, so this will be gone for sure.$6,500 in cc debt. 

Is there a discrimination for changing mind?I

It is certainly a lower risk situation based it being newly dedicated parcel because it was improved, but title insurance can be cheap piece of mind. I

Keep in mind I would not mind putting up that home as collateral, or even my car, as I know I will always pay.
