For reference, I also pay .12% of the sale price to the MLS (every agent pays this fee when listing/buyng a property), which would be another $60, so I actually keep $1400 of the $1500.It still covers my costs for the year.But, Rich is certainly correct that you have to be careful about which brokerage you affiliate yourself with, as some are much more expensive than others.
