I was being facetious with my comment but blatantly discriminating against anyone these days is just begging for a lawsuit. 

The Orlando area also has some interesting properties with accessory dwelling units (ADU) such as guest house, pool house, separate in-law suite etc...   

However you will probably still get a letter naming you to the lawsuit while they sort out the claim thru the tenant's renters policy.
