One thing I would do if I had to start all over from scratch is read the book "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller and create a business plan straight from the pages in his book.

Gary Keller of Keller Williams wrote a book called "Shift - How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times", and in Chapter 10 he wrote about using Creative Financing to help Sellers and Buyers.

One good one is the Millionare Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.

@Lyndsey Keller,When you sign up with the bureaus, they will pull your personal credit, and they are looking for tax liens and bankruptcy and if your credit is not good, they will still sign you up, but you will need to put a deposit on file and as a landlord, The bureaus will not allow you to charge a tenant more than what you are paying the bureau for the credit report.Joe Gore

I can't any info on Keller Williams's E&O or what there desk fees include and they wont tell me since I just start school.

Yet if you already know which realtor firm(kellers-wm., coldwell etc) you want to handle the sale, just stop in one of the offices nearest your place and take it from there.

My best advice is read "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller.
