I found it amusing how they put a photo of everyone who has ever worked for them on their website and 90% of them seem to be involved in fundraising and internet marketing activities around 10% in real estate. 

don't believe the hype on the Internet. 

Out of that revenue, you pay for your licensing, phone, internet and other expenses necessary to run the management company. 

To locate property owners, use internet tools or public records.Real Estate Wholesalers: Make contact with local real estate wholesalers that focus on off-market transactions.

Don't do an internet bank.

Don't fall for any of these dream internet syndicator investment pitches.

One for $8000 which when I was into it for two weeks shut down and removed all their information from the internet and went defunct and just stole my money.
