Hi all, I am familiarizing myself with at the Lincoln market and wondering whether any local investors can shed some perspective on overall property values relative to rents in the area.

I would seek out a good local PM preferably with 30-120 units.I am not familiar with that market so if that is not possible there is self managing, or finding a limited service provider (we just went statewide in FL) where we provide guest communication, automations, pricing, and marketing for a discounted fee.

Lake - I'd advise renting for AT LEAST 6-12 months until you get an understanding of where you want to live in the metro unless you're already familiar with it.
