I wouldn't personally build in those districts to have a rental that requires 30+ day stays, numbers probably won't make sense.There are people who do the furnished long term rentals (executive rentals) to traveling nurses and a lot of traveling executives in the film industry that has become big in Savannah, and do well.

Hi @Christopher Phillips, I'm sorry you had this experience and I'm thankful that you're willing to share it with the community.They sure do a great job promoting across a lot of different platforms, but in general when something comes along and promises the moon, we should probably always suspect it's a "fake moon landing filmed in the desert" that serves a purpose, but isn't exactly what was promised.I've heard of similar experiences with several "end-to-end" services like this.
