Some basics: 2x Units - located on the 2nd & 3rd Fl, ea is 950 sqft, they are 3bed 1bath, off street parking, electric utilities not included, includes washer/dryer/dishwasher/stove in unit.

First step for me was electrical because I had old fuse boxes with some knob and tube wiring, which needed to be updated so I could add overhead lighting, dishwashers, GFCI/regular outlets, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, etc.

Toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, those scrubby things for dishes, dishwasher detergent. 

Tenant said that the dishwasher seemed to have died.

We made them pay for it & get it reimbursed from Verizon.then they complain about gunk in the dishwasher.

Most recently we've washed dishes by hand for two months waiting for them to replace the dishwasher.

We eliminated Dishwashers from the inclusion list, as there are not any dishwashers belonging to the Seller.
