Further, do a little digging on BP and you will find some testimonials on the players in the arena :)

I want this to be a testimonial to newer investors that deals are out there, but they don't usually fall into your lap - they are created into existence. 

Seller was happy, I was happy and we all got what we wanted, seller even gave a testimonial on my social media account.

People can hide behind a well crafted social media persona or they can easily find several "happy customers" to give testimonials.
