How many household meet the $750k test but not the $500k test for one of the spouses.

My goal is within 30 years to have collected my long term return on investment (appreciation) on the complexes I have owned and maintained and apply the capital towards a 200-300 luxury condominium complex construction.

One possible solution is for the partnership or multi-member LLC to pay the debtor a reasonable salary or a guaranteed management payment which is exempt from creditors if the debtor is head of household.
