Hi All,I’m ready to sell an investment property in NoVa to a VA eligible buyer but am not finding a good place to market this.

The problem is, none of it is based on actual comps, and again, the word "cute" doesn't have anything to do with setting those numners.What you need to do is a full analysis of the comps for both rent and sold in your area. 

If a large investment company wins an auction, SB1079 typically gives you the chance to step in and match the bid within 40+ days.Check your local treasurer and tax collector’s websites—they usually list upcoming online and in-person foreclosure auctions.Hope this helps!
