I've seen him all over different Facebook groups I'm on and I'm tired of his marketing.

Working in the corporate world is getting tiring and I want to pursue what has always been on my heart, impact the youth in our county.

Even if you don't consciously notice the dingy walls, I think people can subconsciously 'feel' that the place was kind of tired.

Kevin's Attorney called Seller's Attorney who did pick up the phone at that time and Seller's Attorney claimed he was sick with the Flu and was not in the office to take care of the Cancellation.Kevin's Attorney, a week ago, was tired of waiting and then sent a Demand Letter in Writing to Seller's Attorney to promptly return deposit.Kevin went to find out more about the Seller's Attorney, specifically if he had any problems.We searched a public Court Website and found out that the Seller's Attorney was sued by a Client that was Purchasing a Property.

With Smartmove the tenant needs to do another online application, and I'm already having them fill a paper application out, which seems like to much to a lot of tire kickers.  

I wasn't going to put anything in there about a cash purchase or quick close because I don't expect these landlords to be in a financial pinch where they need quick cash, more that they'll just be tired of landlording and hopefully ready to unload a damaged property at a discount. 

I'm tired of fighting with these investors with these crazy bidding wars in my area.
