Good news is if she is pulling that kind of BS SHE also has guidelines she needs to follow and the attorney should be able to see if she is doing anything wrong and can break any claim she is making with the rent if she is.Good luck and god speed...

I'm buying at a good price, and it will be hard to go wrong here, but I would feel much better having contractors in before closing to get my numbers a little tighter. 

@Jonathan Pazyeah you are probably looking in the wrong price range for that.  

Even though Northeast's quote was $400 less, I decided to go with Royal River for a few reasons: the owner Scott had done a great job for a family member and took a lot of personal time to explain things etc and his quote and company seemed much more professional- so I felt like the chances of things going wrong and future service were going to be best.

I love to hear what wholesalers are doing wrong!
