Hi @Jd Martin,I haven't seen the algorithm, but when I see something that is "updated overnight," I read it in part as giving weight to "who had a very contributory day."

I managed to scrounge up enough money and had a mentor to help guide me, so my knowledge/money/support side was firmly weighted towards the last two, and mostly the third since my mentor is awesomely knowledgeable.

I only ask because I can feel the weight in your initial post.Getting into RE, especially as a broker if you wanted can be financially beneficial and maybe pay that debt off in 3-5 years.

If they can't pay for utilities or have no cash to deal with even the smallest cleanliness or upkeep requirements, or move their non operational vehicle from the yard, that's going to directly affect your property.
