When something doesn't sell in the first week and several conversations with "investors" it means its overpriced in my market.

(I`m not making a ton a little under $500/week)  My question is.. is it possible to get qualified for an fha loan at my age, with not a lot of credit history (Ive had a car loan past 3 years) working these sort of independent contractor jobs?

If i put my house in CA for sale next week, it may close in 60 days.

In 11 years I once had a week long vacancy between tenants but the previous Tennants stayed 8 years and I replaced all flooring, appliances and paint. 

I have however been listening to the podcast for a few weeks now and I read a couple of books that were recommended and am now starting to build up some knowledge.

I just landed another 4 family this week bringing me up to 12 units and I plan on implementing this there as well. 

I've been searching MLS, Craigslist, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc for several weeks and these rates at the best I can find. 

She decided to sell 2 weeks ago, the property has already sold, to a cash buyer.

They can usually close within 2 weeks.
