Remove anything that involves cash as well, if you have a laundry room or vending machines switch away from accepting coins in those to only doing card or app transactions.

For our 13-week stays in our 1/1 unit, we leave one complete extra set of bedding and we leave 2 extra towels of each size (body, hand, wash cloth).

Seriously, when I have a drain that requires a professional to snake it, I pay $160 and that includes them either using a water jet machine or a industrial size snake with a 3/4 inch diameter cable.I'd say that they ripped you off.Mike

My only fear is that I tapped into my 401k for a loan, but the interest rate is the same as the mortgage, so I counted that as a wash.

We are currently spackling and filling holes in the walls, and will also rip off the baseboards and use spray to seal smoke from coming in under the drywall.Our popcorn ceiling contractor can start work in July, and my question is about timing.My wife, son and I could go in and wash all walls and do the Shellac BIN primer over the next few weeks, but it would then be sitting there without the ceilings done for 1-2 more weeks.
