I've read having your License is a great tool for starting out, learning some of the business, and opens up tools and resources. two questions for either bird dogging, becoming a landlord, or considering house flipping, 1) Is this a good step to take early on.2) is there a simple path to take to get access to the resources?

You can calculate redemption price tag by creating a spreadsheet that starts with the date of the auction, and the amount due on the date of the auction, then you accrue interest at 12% per year.On my spreadsheet, to keep things simple, I usually create one column that lists the date the interest starts--such as the date of the auction, and the date of payment of each year's taxes after that.

In less than a month, we got them sold to local buyers who also know the area and they were able to move really quickly.People here on BP complain there are no good deals left.And yes, they are fewer now vs. 2009 but if you know where to look and CAN ACT QUICKLY, you can still get great deals.One simple measure we used is Price per Unit.
